• Fisioactivus services are performed exclusively in-home.
  

• When requesting an appointment, please indicate the location of the session so we can check availability in your area.
  

• Appointment requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  

• We have different therapists with different schedules. After your request, we will confirm which therapist is available and suitable for you.
  

• The session will only be considered confirmed after we contact you by email or telephone.

• Clients can cancel or reschedule their session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a partial fee due to the therapist's time reservation. No-shows without prior notice may result in the full session fee.

All you need is a quiet, comfortable space . Typically, the therapist brings the necessary equipment, but after the first session, we'll also provide information if any additional support material is needed (e.g., towel, pillow, mattress, etc.).

Yes. All Fisioactivus services are accompanied by a receipt/invoice, in accordance with legal regulations.

Yes. You can schedule one-off or regular sessions, and continuity plans can offer additional benefits.

Fisioactivus currently operates on a private basis. However, you can use receipts/invoices for reimbursement if your health insurance covers it.

Session prices are set transparently, taking into account the service and your location. The price is confirmed in advance so you always feel safe and informed. After scheduling confirmation, the amount to be paid will be sent, and the session will only take place after payment is received.
